Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was great and it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel and parking was available both in the garage and on street. Staff spoke English and were helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

It was very close to the tram that would take you directly to the city center. But the area was a little sketchy. The room was really nice and the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

Very nice hotel, great value for money. Not very close to Milano city center but the tram is 3-4 min walking away and you get easily everywhere, i believe to city center is about half and hour with the tram and only 2.2€ per adult and the kids go for free. The staff was very kind, always trying to give us all the information we needed. The breakfast was nice, not many options but for us was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, the lady came every day and tidy up. The location isn’t very advantageous in terms of shops or supermarkets. However, I did see a children’s park from the window but weather wasn’t in our favor, there is also a KFC very close by.

The staff were very helpful & friendly, especially Vincent who was wonderful! It was very close to the no.14 tram stop & bus stops plus there was a nice ice cream parlour/cafe close by & a supermarket within a 5 min walk. You could order food from the restaurant & if you waited in the reception & took it up yourself you could avoid additional room service costs. The rooms were cleaned daily. Being across the road from the no. 14 tram stop was a godsend! Ut takes you straight to Duomo & you can get plenty of other, trams, metro's etc from there to explore.

The hotel was stunning, spectacular view from the rooftop (which ended up being my favourite place to go when getting back to the hotel). I cannot thank the staff enough for surprising me with a birthday tray (cake with a candle, bottle of water, etc) it was super sweet. I was gutted I couldn’t take the free flask they gave :( I had no space in my backpack to do so. But i was so grateful for this!! I would stay again for the location also, nice little 10-12 min walk to the beach/strip area. Exactly what you want. And then same length of walk to get the train to the main city. Was a very good birthday here!

It was all as you would hope - we were using it only as a stop-over for a single night - it might be more pleasant to stay over a longer period but we were looking only for functional comfort. You couldn't fault it. There was also the distinct advantage of a secure garage.

Accustomed to smaller rooms in Italy, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and bathrooms at this 4-star hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always available to assist. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area. While it's not in the historical center, there's a tram stop right across the street that takes you to the city center in just 25 minutes — very convenient. Plus, with restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, everything you need is easily accessible.

Easy to reach by car with a big underground parking served by elevator. Nice swimpool for summer. Room is modern, really big, very well fitted with sofa, table, desk, fridge, etc everything for a modern 4 star. The bed is clearly a 10. Nice bathroom. Very clean. The breakfast is diversified with quality products, for all wishes and tastes. Right in front of the hotel bus 50 and tram 14 to reach the Duomo and the center. Overall, a very nice experience to repeat with pleasure.
